My booth at Old Santa Ynez Days 2011

Large gourd, lined inside with leather and embellished with large turquoise beads strung between strands of turquoise heishi beads. The gourd is dyed with leather dye, the horses are carved out , inlaid with turquoise inlace and silhouetted with black ink.

This gourd has a woven pine needle rim and is embelished with a large turquoise heart and horse hair from Jennelles 5 horses.
